Digital Strategy Helps Redesign
The practice of Digital Strategy guides the development of a digital presence. When Ford redesigned ford.com in 2009, digital strategy played a key role, setting the tone for the presentation of ford vehicles on the main web site.
Digital Strategy established the primary KEAs and helped to place them on the page and made suggestions on how to build the brand through imagery and messaging.
As the site design progressed, digital strategy helped complete the pages with the key calls-to-action and the prominent next steps, assuring the brand message was presented to the users as they completed their research on the site.
